Join us for a unique class where you will have the opportunity to learn how to make four different small-scrumptiously-sweet treats, while learning what is needed to create a beautiful dessert board. Join like-minded sweets lovers and have some fun practicing how to group similar items together, such as placing the heart shaped tarts in one section and the dipped strawberries in another, to create a balanced and appealing design.
Your chef-instructor, Chocolatier Desiree Engman of Desiree Chocolates & Desserts, will be using a combination of her own talent and of course, her mom’s wonderful dessert recipes, to teach you how to create handmade Mini “heart” French Silk Tarts, S’mores Toffee Squares, Raspberry Streusel Bars and Dipped Strawberries that are visually spectacular, decadently delicious and easy to make at home.
Hands-On – Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor, Desiree walks you through each sweet treat and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
