Chef’s Gemelli with Pesto alla Trapanese (Sicilian Cherry Tomato Pesto)
Join us as we craft the perfect gemelli pasta paired with a rich, vibrant pesto made from sun-ripened cherry tomatoes, almonds, garlic, and aromatic basil—an authentic taste of Sicily!

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter
Hand-make delicate butternut squash ravioli, filled with a velvety, sweet squash puree. We’ll finish them with a fragrant sage brown butter sauce that adds the perfect balance of earthiness and richness.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
